The Florida Aquarium is excited to offer a variety of small group programs to meet the needs of teachers and schools. Check out our in-person offerings below to learn more about these safe and exciting experiences.
We continue our mission to educate and inspire stewardship of the natural environment by diving into the world of virtual programs. If you are unable to visit the Aquarium, we offer a variety of education programs that engage students of all ages.
One chaperone is free for every 10 students.
Additional chaperones are the same per person rate as students.
Teachers and Aquarium Members are considered chaperones and included in the total chaperone count.
One full payment is accepted per group, individual payments are subject to general admission fees.
Admission to the Splash Pad / Outdoor Plaza is not included with discounted field trip admission.
One group of 30 is permitted per hour. Groups must arrive within their arrival window.
Enhance your field trip by adding an educational program. Programs are available Monday - Friday, September - May. Specific programs are available during the summer. For an additional fun learning opportunity, print this scavenger hunt.
The Aquarium provides a shaded picnic area for field trip lunches. You are welcome to bring lunches in labeled coolers, or you may choose to pre-order lunch. Click here to access our school lunch order form. If pre-ordering lunches, orders must be placed at least two weeks prior to your scheduled visit. Please Note: the Aquarium's cafe can't accomodate groups individually purchasing lunches.
