To request your field trip, please complete the following form. Please allow up to five business days to receive your confirmation which includes details about arrival, parking, program schedule, lunch options and adult chaperone guidelines. If you requested an education program, a member of the reservations team will contact you to review program times.

School Year Field Trip Rates

September 1, 2024 – May 31, 2025

Student Rates

General: $14 per student
Title I (Hillsborough, Pasco, Pinellas, Manatee, Polk Counties): $7 per student
Hillsborough Co. Head Start – Monday-Thursday Only: FREE

Adult/Chaperone Rates

1 adult required for every 10 students (1:10)
1 adult complimentary for every 5 students (1:5)
Additional adults- must be included in your reservation
- General: $30 per adult
- Title I (Hillsborough, Pasco, Pinellas, Manatee, Polk Counties): $30 per adult
- Hillsborough Co. Head Start – Monday-Thursday Only: $14 per adult

Summer Field Trip Rates

June 1, 2025- August 31, 2025

Summer 2025 field trips can be booked starting February 2025.

Youth Rate

$18 per youth
