the Guest Experience

Join our team of Guest Services volunteers! Engage and interact with our guests while promoting the experiences offered at the Aquarium. Guest Service volunteers are the first people to greet visitors to the Aquarium. As part of the Guest Services team, volunteers will assist with a variety of tasks, including providing information about programming and membership, and advocating for and providing facts about the Aquarium’s community and conservation efforts, and its mission.

Volunteers will also support operations at The Splash Pad, our kids’ outdoor play area. Interested individuals should possess a positive, friendly personality, enjoy working with people and groups, and have strong interpersonal skills to provide customer service.

Volunteers must be 16 years of age or older and commit to a minimum of six months, with eight hours of volunteer time per month.
