Group Visit Considerations
Motor Coach/Bus Parking
Motor coaches and buses may not park in The Aquarium’s surface lot; available parking options MAY include:
- Terminal 3**.
- McKay Street* – Street parking may be available depending on port schedule. McKay Street is 2 blocks North of York Street and across from E. Twiggs Street.
- 241 Car Services Parking Lots – NW corner of E. Cumberland Avenue & S. 12th Street, small lot behind the parking garage if space is available. NW corner of E. Twiggs Street and Channelside Drive.
Official Aquarium parking is located north of the Aquarium off the east side of the traffic circle on Channelside Drive. The cost is $10.35 per vehicle.Directions & Parking
Advanced reservations are required to receive group rates. Group reservations cannot be made at our front gate.
Remember our 5-2-1 policy to book group admission!
Five (5) business days (Monday – Friday) or more prior to visit date, complete the online group sales form to receive a quote for your group’s visit. Allow two (2) business days (Monday – Friday) for a response. If you do not receive a response within that time, please contact Reservations at (813) 273-4015.
A $100 deposit is needed in advance to secure your quoted rate for general admission.
Note: Due to limited availability, we recommend booking any add-on experiences, like the Wild Dolphin Cruise, 2-3 weeks prior to your visit date.
Two (2) business days (Monday – Friday) prior to visit date, deposit is non-refundable if group reservation is canceled. Additional deposit with terms applies to Wild Dolphin Cruise charters.
One (1) business day (Monday – Friday) prior to visit date, final group participant numbers and payment must be made with one (1) transaction (credit/debit card).
*While safety protocols are in place, onsite customizations, like those listed below, may not be available.
