Donation Request for Fundraisers
Thank you for your interest in The Florida Aquarium. As a nonprofit whose mission is to entertain, educate and inspire stewardship of the natural environment, we are eager and committed to giving back to our community. The Aquarium’s donation policy allows for the receipt of four (4) general admission tickets good up to one year from the date of the event. Below, please find guidelines for ticket donation requests.
- Your organization must be a federally licensed 501(c)(3) non-profit raising funds for programs within the State of Florida. Please include the organization’s tax ID.
- Due to the volume of requests received, we are unable to provide donations to schools, religious organizations or individuals.
- The Aquarium is able to support up to one ticket donation request per qualified organization per year.
- All ticket donation requests must be made via our online form at least 8 weeks in advance of your event for consideration. Direct emails and/or phone calls requesting or following up on donation requests may not be returned.

The Florida Aquarium receives thousands of donation requests annually. While a proud partner of our Tampa Bay community, as a not-for-profit organization ourselves, we are unable to support all requests. We endeavor to facilitate as many requests as possible that directly support our mission of conservation and education.
