Our Newest Friend Has a Name!
A bubbly new resident has joined The Florida Aquarium, and her name is Xochi!
Meet our newest character: a sweet, curious, and vibrant little axolotl who recently made a big move, traveling from Mexico City all the way to sunny Tampa Bay.
The pink, freckled four-year-old has made The Florida Aquarium her new home and is already making waves as a friend to sea and land creatures alike. With her vibrant personality and one-of-a-kind charm, Xochi is quickly becoming a fan favorite.
Be sure to stop by and say hello to Xochi on your next visit!
