The Florida Aquarium is proud to offer a variety of hands-on internships that prepare participants for a career in environmental conservation and the nonprofit aquarium/attraction industry by combining detailed training with applied work experience while reflecting our commitment to saving marine life.
Our unique programs cater to college students and recent college graduates offering both traditional Academic Year Internships and Specialized Programs that do not adhere to college terms.
Internship Information
- Both paid and unpaid internship opportunities are available. Please refer to the application link for compensation details.
- Applicants are responsible for arranging and covering any lodging or transportation needs independently.
- All applications must be submitted online.
Academic Year Internships
From Animal Care to Guest Engagement, Philanthropy to Water Quality Technicians, internships are offered in a variety of professions. Opportunities vary from season to season.
