The Florida Aquarium Unwraps New Experiences for YuleTides

The Florida Aquarium is unveiling exciting new experiences for YuleTides presented by GEICO, including the debut of the Arctic Coast Blast, an expanded lineup of global coastal culinary offerings, and the launch of the 2025 Holiday Gift Guide featuring Black Friday and Cyber Monday specials. The event runs November 28, 2025 – January 4, 2026 (closed Christmas Day), filling the Aquarium with festive entertainment, glowing décor, and immersive holiday experiences for all ages.

New This Season: Arctic Coast Blast & Holiday Activities
The Arctic Coast Blast brings winter-themed fun to sunny Tampa, available weekends and daily December 26 – January 4. Guests can try to build ice-block igloos, toss snowballs at targets, bowl snowmen, and enjoy flurries on the green.

Crafts on the Bayview Rooftop Terrace, powered by TECO, include ornament decorating, popsicle stick frames, winter friendship bracelets, and special sessions with Mrs. Claus.

The YuleTides Stage features the “Coralers” and school group performances throughout the day, adding live music and holiday cheer to the green space.

YuleTides expands its menu this year with holiday-exclusive desserts, drinks, and weekly coastal-inspired dishes. Check the Cafe Seventy One menu for weekly coastal specials.

Discover Coastal Holiday Charm
Guests can explore festive habitats and exhibits, a 28-foot upcycled tree adorned with sea-life ornaments made from recycled Gasparilla beads, a glowing 20-foot lighthouse, and a canopy of glowing chandeliers in the lobby. Santa appears in a coastal-inspired suit, while Rocky, Tango, and Xochi greet families in their holiday outfits. Visitors can also enjoy arts and crafts, scavenger hunts, costumed divers, animal encounters, musical performances, ocean-inspired gifts, and seasonal treats throughout the Aquarium.
