Tampa, FL (April 30, 2024) –The Florida Aquarium is once again honored to receive a nomination in USA Today’s 10Best Readers’ Choice Award competition. Now, the community can help put the Aquarium and Tampa Bay in the national spotlight.

Voting for the country’s top aquarium is underway. People can vote once a day through May 13th to show their support for The Florida Aquarium.

The Florida Aquarium is an internationally recognized cultural icon that entertains and educates guests, delivers groundbreaking research, and helps drive our local economy. Last year, the Aquarium achieved an historic milestone—welcoming more than 1 million visitors for the first time in its 28-year history, creating an annual economic benefit of $275 million.

Chosen by a panel of travel experts who research aquariums across the country before making their nominations for the recognition, The Florida Aquarium has consistently secured its position among the nation’s top ten aquariums.
