The Florida Aquarium Honors Veterans and Active-Duty Military with Free Admission
TAMPA, FL (November 6, 2024) – To honor and show appreciation for the brave men and women who have served our country, The Florida Aquarium is inviting all military service members to visit for free over Veterans Day weekend. From Friday, November 8 through Monday, November 11, eligible military personnel can enjoy a complimentary day exploring the Aquarium’s incredible marine life, exhibits, and conservation initiatives.
This exclusive offer must be redeemed in person at The Florida Aquarium ticket window and is available to any active-duty, veteran, retired or drilling reservist, National Guardsman, or honorably/medically discharged service member. A valid U.S. Military ID or DD Form 214 is required to receive the free admission.
Dates: Friday, November 8 through Monday, November 11, 2024

Redemption: Must be redeemed in person at The Florida Aquarium ticket window with valid U.S. Military ID or DD Form 214
Restrictions: Tickets are non-refundable, cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions, and are valid for day-of purchase only. No advance reservation is required.
Veterans Day occurs on November 11 every year in the United States in honor of the eleventh hour of the eleventh day of the eleventh month of 1918, which signaled the end of World War I. Unlike Memorial Day, Veterans Day pays tribute to all American veterans – living or dead – but especially gives thanks to living veterans who served their country honorably during war or peacetime.
