Join our team of Guest Services volunteers and play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our guests at the Aquarium!

A Day in the Life

As a Guest Service volunteer, you will be one of the first people to greet visitors. Your responsibilities will include providing information about programs and memberships, as well as sharing facts about the Aquarium’s community and conservation efforts, and its shared purpose.

We are looking for individuals who have a positive and friendly personality, enjoy working with people and groups, and possess strong interpersonal skills to deliver excellent customer service.

Volunteers must be at least 16 years old and commit to a minimum of six months, contributing eight hours of volunteer time each month.
