Plan-Ahead Pricing FAQs

Our plan-ahead pricing model allows us to offer a smoother guest experience and reduced wait times by encouraging guests to visit on non-peak dates and times. Plan-ahead pricing gives you the opportunity to visit the Aquarium on a date that best fits your budget and schedule. Plan ahead and save!

Tickets can be purchased at our ticket windows during your next visit. While not required, we recommend booking your tickets in advance to ensure you receive the best price and are provided with a seemless entry.

If you have problems reserving your ticket online, please call (813) 273-4000 or simply purchase your tickets at the ticket windows when you arrive.

While reservations aren’t required, Members are encouraged to make an online reservation in advance for a smoother check-in. Members without a reservation must check in at the ticket window upon arrival.

General Admission tickets provide access to Aquarium habitats and exhibits, including The Tide Pool – our latest touch habitat.

We recommend buying your online tickets at least 24-hours prior to your visit. Tickets purchased online before you visit offer the lowest price for the date of your visit. To view a calendar of current ticket prices, please visit the Tickets page.

The current price listed online will always be the most affordable option. It is possible the price may increase over time, so the further in advance you purchase, the more you save. Ticket prices will be higher at The Florida Aquarium ticket office.

Your ticket to the Aquarium is valid for 60-minutes after your scheduled entry time. Due to our capacity allotments per hour, we cannot guarantee there will be capacity outside of your pre-purchased 60-minute window. If there is availability later in the day, we will make every effort to accommodate you.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable; however, if you need to exchange your ticket, please call guest services at (813) 273-4000.

Please note that if there is a price difference based on the new date of your visit, you will be responsible for the difference in price when you reschedule.

*SeaTREK: A rescheduling request must be made via phone or email at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time. Failure to do so will result in a non-refundable, non-transferable cancellation.

*Wild Dolphin Cruises: Cruises may be reschedule in conjunction with the accompanying general admission ticket within one year of the originally scheduled date.
