Pardon Our Dust While A Sea Of Change Is Underway
A new wave of wildlife is coming ashore! Pacific puffins, African penguins, and California sea lions are coming to The Florida Aquarium, bringing new ways to connect with wildlife from coastlines around the world.️

More Than New Habitats
Sea Change is a $57 million investment in the future of The Florida Aquarium and Tampa, creating new experiences that bring guests closer to wildlife while inspiring a deeper connection to our oceans.
This four-phase project has been years in the making. In 2023, MORPH’D opened, showcasing an array of adaptations found in nature. The momentum continued in 2025 with the opening of The Tide Pool, an immersive touch habitat featuring Pacific Northwest species and recreating a 24-hour tide cycle in just 12 minutes.
The final phases of Sea Change are just getting started, but there’s still time to be a part of this new endeavor.
