GALLERY AMBASSADOR VOLUNTEER
Utilizing biofacts and activities, Gallery Ambassadors will connect visitors with our resident animals, inspiring guests to help protect these amazing animals and preserve the important habitats they call home. The Florida Aquarium offers Gallery Ambassador courses twice per year in April and September (See dates listed below). Interested applicants must be able to commit to ALL of the training classes to take part in the program.

Requisites:
- 18 years old and up
- Trainees must pass a five week training class with an 80% average or higher in order to continue on as a Gallery Ambassador.
- Trainees must plan on attending ALL of the scheduled classes to participate in the program.
- There is a $40 non-refundable fee to cover the costs of materials ($10 for current Aquarium volunteers).
Spring Deadlines:
Our Spring class is currently full. Please see our upcoming fall schedule.
Fall Deadlines:
Applications due no later than August 1st
Interviews scheduled the week of August 12th
All applicants contacted with final decisions by August 20th
Fall Training Dates:
Week 1 – September 3rd and 5th
Week 2 – September 10th and 12th
Week 3 – September 17th and 19th
Week 4 – September 24th and 26th
Week 5 – October 1st and 3rd
