Bay Spirit II Crew Member

Join our crew aboard the Bay Spirit II to assist them with our daily Wild Dolphin Eco-tour!  Volunteers in this position assist the crew with various duties, ensure the safety of our guests, and help educate the public about the wildlife in Tampa Bay.

Facility Upkeep Volunteer

The Aquarium is seeking able bodied volunteers to help with minor facility upkeep such as touch up painting, to keep The Aquarium looking its best.  These volunteers must enjoy working with little supervision and not be afraid of heights.  The schedule for this position is extremely flexible.

Birthday Party Volunteer

Birthday Volunteers assist birthday staff with hosting birthday parties, including leading guests through galleries, instructing birthday groups through crafts and games, serving food, and the set up and break of birthday spaces.  Volunteers also have the opportunity to go through animal handling training process for education’s live animal collection, and eventually conduct animal presentations for birthday groups. Position is well suited for those who are good with children and the public.

Available shifts are:

Thursday 1pm - 5pm

Saturday 8am - 1pm

Saturday 1pm - 5pm

Sunday 8am - 1pm

Sunday 1pm - 5pm
