Education Instructor Intern

Description:

Interns will be responsible for assisting with a variety of educational programs and daily outreach animal care.  A typical day may include animal care, working with school groups in a classroom setting, educational outreach in the community, interacting with Aquarium visitors on the exhibit path, assisting with new program design, instructing groups on the Eco-Tour Boat Bay Spirit, and interacting with families for special programs (e.g. special events, tabling, etc.).  A minimum of 20 hours per week is required.  Having a flexible schedule is preferred.

Internships are on a volunteer basis.
