What is your minimum group size?
You need at least 15 people to qualify as a group.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a $100 deposit is required at the time of the reservation. The deposit is fully refundable two weeks prior to the date of visit. Final payment is made upon arrival based on the actual number of visiting guests. The entire payment must be made in cash or charged to a single credit card. A credit card guarantee or prepayment is required for all Wild Dolphin Cruise Bookings as seats are limited and advance reservations are exclusive to groups. If you cancel or your group is a no show for your Wild Dolphin Cruise reservation within 4 hours to the designated sailing time, no refund will be provided. Refunds will only be provided, in full, if the cancellation is received prior to the 4 hour time period.
Can I change my reservation or order?
YES! For regular Aquarium admission bookings you can modify your numbers anytime, even upon arrival (NOTE: group numbers can not drop below 15 to qualify for group rates). However for Wild Dolphin Cruises, your final guarantee must be made 48 hours in advance. Should your numbers change within that timeframe, you will be charged for the final guarantee number.
How far in advance can I make a request?
If you pick a date, we can take the request. Even if a special event has yet to be announced or the Wild Dolphin Cruise schedule has not been published, we'll take a request based on the date you'd like to come.
