Penguin Walddle Family Fun Run

8:30 a.m. Penguin Waddle begins!
Get ready for the Penguin Waddle! A 5.2K family fun run (or walk) that helps to raise funds for The Florida Aquarium's conservation efforts which include research and rehabilitation programs that lend needed support to animals such as river otters and sea turtles in distress or imminent danger as well as ecosystems, like coral reefs, that face both natural and man-made threats.
Underwater Book Reading with Author Dr. Ellen Prager
2pm - 4pm
Please join us for a unique underwater book reading with Tristan Hunt and the Sea Guardians author Dr. Ellen Prager. She will be reading a few passages from her new book, The Shark Rider (the 2nd in the series following The Shark Whisperer), live from inside The Florida Aquarium’s 500-gallon Coral Reef Exhibit! Guests are welcome to join us for the book reading at 2pm followed by a book signing at 3pm. This event is included in a general admission ticket. A mother’s love is priceless. This Mother’s Day treat mom to a sea of memories that she will never forget. Introduce her to our cute and playful otters and over 20,000 other amazing sea creatures.
