You must be 21 or older to volunteer for this event.

 

Brews by the Bay is a very popular event and will be held on Friday October 16th this year. Volunteers are an essential part of the success of this event and are needed to fill a variety of roles including wine pouring, handing out glasses, running ice, recycling bottles etc. You can find a short description of each role here.

We will make every attempt to place you in one of the positions and shifts you have requested, but we will not be able to guarantee that you will receive your first choice.  If we are unable to accommodate your request, we will contact you with an alternate position. If you would like to be assigned to work in the same station or position as someone else, please be sure to note that in the "Special Requests" section below.

Only a limited number of volunteers are need for each position and we will make every attempt to place you in one of the positions you have requested, but cannot guarantee that you will receive your first or second choice. If we are unable to accommodate your request, we will contact you with an alternate position. All volunteers will be contacted with important event details approximately one week prior to the event (I.e. what to wear, etc.)

There will be one shift for the event this year and each volunteer will be expected to remain at their post for the entirety of the event. All volunteers unless otherwise indicated will be called at 5:30pm and asked to volunteer until 12:00am.

Brews By The Bay is a fundraising event for The Florida Aquarium, a 501©(3) nonprofit organization.  Proceeds from this event will go towards The Aquarium's conservation, education, and research efforts.
